Thank you for your interest in the Edina Fall into the Arts Festival! As you plan your 2024 schedule, we hope you’ll consider joining us. The 20th Edina Fall Into the Arts Festival will take place on September 7th and 8th at Centennial Lakes Park, located in Edina at 7499 France Avenue South and 7601 France Avenue.

Logistics
• Electricity is available for food vendors for no additional fee. You MUST indicate power requirements on your application to ensure proper power selections are made. Please note if you do not intend to use the supplied power.
• Vendors may set up on Friday during the day, if setting up on Saturday morning, setup must be COMPLETE before 9a.m. Blockades are set at 9 a.m. vehicles will not be allowed in or to park inside the blockade. No exceptions.
• The Festival will provide 24-hour security; however, vendors are responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to property while setting up, participating in, and taking down their area in the Festival.

License & Permits
Vendors must comply with Festival policies and procedures and Park rules, as well as city, state, and federal laws. We will provide a letter of agreement for your signature if/when you are accepted for the 2024 Festival. We will also need you to provide us:
• a license or special event permit from the City of Edina Health Division,
• an ST-19
• and a Certificate of Liability Insurance valid through the event date.

Fees
The vendor prices for the 2024 Festival are $700 for a stationary booth space (10’x10′ or larger) and $400 for a small mobile cart. If you are interested, please fill out a vendor application. Applications are due by Friday, June 14th. Vendors will be notified of their status by Friday, June 28th.
